Ultra-chameleon Chrome Flake

Ultra Chameleon Chrome pigments add a dramatic and vivid effect to nail polish, nail art and many other applications.Its multi-chromatic colour effect is due to the refraction of natural light on the particles surface. Resulting in a dynamic multi-coloured rainbow effect.

The vibrant, metallic, multichromatic colour shifts of Ultra Chameleon Chrome pigments are achieved by the refraction of light via the tiny micron-sized aluminum flakes. These flakes are encapsulated by glass which refracts and bends light achieving the dramatic rainbow effect. The extreme multi-colour shifts are observed when viewing the nail via different angles and light sources.

To achieve the eye-catching colour shifts of UCC pigments the thickness of the encapsulating glass must be manufactured to within a few atoms.
